NORTHERN WILDLIFE ECOLOGY & CONSERVATION LAB
RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES
The NWEC Lab welcomes students and colleagues interested in conducting research on the ecology or conservation of Canada's wildlife. That includes collaboration with established researchers and post-doctoral fellows as well as training of undergraduate, MSc, and PhD students.
The lab is built around a philosophy of inclusion, shared learning, and intellectual growth. We encourage students to develop and explore questions that are aligned with their interests while meeting the needs of funding agencies and partners.
Please see the project page and the list of recent publications for an overview of general themes that are currently the focus of our research. Contact us if you are interested in joining the lab or respond directly to postings on this page.
